Come and enjoy a week among the peaceful mountains of Grants Pass, Oregon with GM Sam Chin and Hsin Chin. Individual level training as well as testing available during the retreat. Please plan to arrive on Sunday the 16th as training will start Monday morning and end mid day on Saturday the 22nd.
Registration Fee includes tuition,lodging and food
Full Retreat Fee – $850
Discounted fee for East European instructors – $550
Deposit of $100 must be paid to reserve a spot by May 15. Space is limited to 25 people. Use the booking form below to reserve your space.
Accommodations
This is a private home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so most likely we will have separate sleeping quarters for men and women. We have some blowup beds and foam mats but if you are able to, please bring your own sleeping bags and/or mats.
What to bring
Towel, toiletries, sleeping bag/mat, pillow, hiking shoes, slippers, bathing suit. Average temperature early June is around 78F/26C during the day and low of 52F/11C in the mornings so good idea to bring some warm sweaters or light jackets.
Food
If you have a special diet (vegetarian, vegan, severe allergies) please let us know.
Travel
Closest airport is Medford, OR which is 40 min from us. We suggest making your flights sooner than later as there are limited flights in/out of here. Taxi service from airport is $60 -$65. Let us know your flight info so we can help organize taxi fare sharing schedule. For those driving, we are about 6-7 hours from Bay area, 4 hours from Portland – our address is 1420 Kubli Rd, Grants Pass.
