Last year our summer retreat was a great success and we are happy to announce that you can now register for this year’s summer retreat with instructor Lubo Tzolov, at the beautiful Holzöster-Lake.
We start the day with Qi Gong and after breakfast we explore basic body mechanisms and the Zhong Xin Dao principles using basic exercises, forms and partner training. There will also be time to jump into the lake, play tennis, explore the nearby moorland or just relax before we then continue our training. In the evening we will discuss the philosophy of the Sam Chin Way and practice mindful meditation. Regardless of experience level, each participant will spend time with the instructors and have the opportunity to prepare for upcoming gradings or simply broaden their horizons.
