The Three Dimensions and the Macrocosmic Orbit

In this workshop, we will examine the relationships between relaxation, gravity, and alignment, utilizing movements in the Six Directions and Three Dimensions. We will observe the nature, characteristics, and functions of the human body, including the relationships between our bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and skin.

Our training will include the practice of a series of exercises to recognize and manifest the energy of the macrocosmic orbit, the natural energetic flow of the body, which will allow us to maximize ease and efficiency in our movements.

This 12-hour workshop experience is open to everyone. Practitioners of all movement arts and martial arts styles are welcome, including beginners.
