Entry Level: Overview and Preparation for Grading

This workshop will be an in-depth overview of the beginner level for students. We will examine and review each exercise and its assessment criteria. This workshop is ideal for gaining an understanding of the logic behind our curriculum.

For those new to our system, this will be an excellent introduction. For those who have completed the course of study, this weekend will culminate with an official evaluation.

This 12-hour workshop experience is open to everyone! All styles of qigong, movement arts, and martial arts are welcome, including beginners. No previous experience of Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan is required.
