What is this workshop about?
It is a path to balance that extends beyond the training hall. Yen Lee will show you how to use her family’s Art to relax, understand alignment, and unify the physical structure of the body, maintain balance and mental calm in daily life.
Who is this event for?
We welcome everyone wishing to deepen their body awareness and the quality of contact and touch, especially:
- Martial Artists: seeking to understand structure, internal power, and contact mechanics.
- Physiotherapists and Osteopaths: looking to refine their sensitivity and understanding of biomechanics in relation to the patient.
- Dancers and Yogis: working on flow, balance, and grounding.
- Bodyworkers and somatic practitioners: for whom sensitivity and precise touch are key tools.
During these 4 days, we will focus on:
- Conscious body work: How to recognize tensions and turn them into relaxation and free flow. Building a “conscious body”.
- Balanced movement: Unification of body and mind through solo and partner exercises.
- Clear mind and Positive mood: Meditation is the key to maintaining calm in every life situation.
The event takes place at the picturesque ’Bojarski Gościniec’ in Narewka (Poland). It is a place where the silence and charm of the Podlasie nature foster deep immersion in the practice.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Yen Lee possesses incredible sensitivity and a cultivated capacity for observation. Her corrections help you instantly feel the difference in your body, understand your own limitations, and transcend them. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from a member of the Chin family. From a very young age, Yen Lee has delved into the secrets of the family art, training under the guidance of her father and grandfather. Her experience is further enriched by regular participation in multi-week Buddhist retreats, bringing a unique depth to her teaching.
Important: The foundations of the work will be built on the first day – we recommend full attendance to fully benefit from the process.
