I have been training and teaching Yang Style Taijiquan since 1993 and ZXD/ILC since 2006 in Palo Alto. I learned about the ZXD/ILC art from my marital brother Wai Tang in 2006.

All classes are open to all levels. Everyone works together and each person trains at their particular level of understanding . Each class will usually have some partner training to help feel what we are training.
