About Instructor Birinder Tember:

• Teacher of Chinese Medicine and Martial arts of Xing Yi, Bagua and Tai Chi Quan.
• Winner and runner up of several national and international tournaments between 1991 and 2012. Awarded the Masters 6th Duan Wei grade in China in 2012.
• Family Vedic Meditation practices since childhood.
• Phd in TCM from Nanjing University, PRC. (Awtg defence of thesis).
• Came across ILC in Russia in 2013 when in search of
• I Chuan as a compliment to personal perceived missing links of my previous martial practices.

Birinder is a Professor of Chinese Medicine and Qigong and has been teaching martial arts for health and fitness since 1990 and was awarded the Masters level in Xing Yi Chuan in 2012 by the Chinese Wushu Association in Kunming, PRC.  He has won many national and international competitions and accolades; authored books; published research and has lectured at several universities including London and Cambridge schools of clinical medicine.
