Our Weekend Retreat at the Kirchberg am Wechsel Monastery is taking place again this year for the fourth time. After the morning Qi Gong, there is breakfast with local products from the area. Then we dive into the Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan curriculum and deal with basic exercises, forms and partner training. Before we continue training in the afternoon, there is a good lunch with vegetables from the garden and the participants lend a hand to the sisters, be it in the garden or in the kitchen. In the evening there is an opportunity to discuss principles and concepts and to meditate a little before you end the day in a relaxed atmosphere or do some free training. Regardless of experience level, each participant will spend time with the instructors and have the opportunity to prepare for upcoming exams or simply broaden their horizons.
