Week Retreat in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire UK March 2018
· Dates: Arrival and accommodation on Sunday 25th of March after 6pm, end of retreat and departure Sunday 1st of April after breakfast
· Schedule (Monday the 26th till Saturday 31st):
8am – 9am morning chi gong
9am – 10am breakfast
10am – 1pm training
1pm – 3pm lunch
3pm – 6pm training
6pm – 8pm dinner
8pm – 10pm training own level with guidance
11pm – light out
· Location: Felden Lodge, Hemel Hempstead HP3 0BL, UK
Full retreat fee will be:
– £600 for CFILC Members with early register by February the 24th 2018. After deadline 10% will be added.
– £660 for non-members with early register by February the 24th2018. After deadline 10% will be added.
– £480 available only for East European CFILC Members with early register by February the 24th2018
Price includes training, accommodation for full stay and three meals daily. There are only 23 bunk beds which will be reserved for those attending full retreat first. There are duvets & pillows in the bedrooms. You can bring your own sleeping bag or duvet cover, sheet & pillowcase or you can hassle free hire from centre for £3 + vat per person (please let us know by email in advance what do you choose by emailing – ireneusz.zareba@iliqchuan.com

Once beds are fully booked, additional participants will have an option to bring their sleeping bags, mats and sleep on the floor. For those who are not able to stay with us at Felden Lodge price will be the same.
