Our anual Martial Art of Awareness Autumn Weekend-Retreat will take place for the first time at the monastery of Stift Seitenstetten. Don’t miss this great opportunity to improve your martial arts skills and mindfulness, clarify your thoughts, and connect with like-minded individuals in a special retreat setting.
Together with his experienced instructor team, instructor Lubo Tzolov will guide you through intensive training sessions that will take your martial arts understanding to a new level. We will start the day with energy-boosting Qigong exercises. We will then focus on basic system exercises, forms training, and their corresponding applications to make your understanding clearer. The training will be rounded out with many partner exercises, such as the Spinning Hands and Sticky Hands Training of I Liq Chuan.
To strengthen our mental fortitude and health, meditation is also on the agenda for the summer retreat, and we will explore the philosophy and theory of Zhong Xin Dao. We will not only focus on the physical aspects of martial arts, but also on the mental and emotional intelligence that you need to become more stable in your daily life and improve your martial arts understanding.
