Spinning Hands Training
To master the martial art I Liq Chuan it is important to understand that the point of contact with the other person determines our actions. “Change with the change, maintain not to change”. All applications and movements are subordinate to this. Instructor Marina: “If you understand the point, you can realize from there all solutions and movements.”
In the Spinning Hand process this is exactly what is practiced, thus this training method represents a core content of the iliqchuan system. Instructor Marina will teach the basic principles of Spinning Hands at this two-day seminar.
About ILC Instructor Marina Gubnitskaya, student level 8, instructor III, 3-Generation Disciple:
Marina was born and lives in Moscow. She has trained diligently in I I Liq Chuan since 2008 under the leadership of Sifu, GrandmasterAlexander Skalozub and Si-Gong Grandmaster Chin Fan Siong. In 2014 Marina became a disciple of the I Liq Chuan tradition. In 2020 she passed the certification at the VIIl Student Level and in the 2022 – the IIl Instructor degree. Since 2012 Marina has taught I Liq Chuan full time at her own school and I Liq Chuan and Chi Gong Club “Kokon” in Moscow.
Achievements: More than 10 successful championships and silver medals in push hands and forms tournaments all over the world.
