I Liq Chuan is a powerful and transformative martial art that can help you

I Liq Chuan (literally translated as Mental-Physical Martial Art) is an art of cultivating consciousness based on Tai Chi and Chan (Zen) principles of non-assertion, non-resistance, the harmony of yin and yang, oneness and the present moment.

I Liq Chuan is a style of Kung Fu based on physical sensitivity and mindful awareness.

It does not develop habitual techniques for dealing with particular situations. The student begins to understand how “mental and physical” affect each other through the learning process of “recognizing and realizing” and not to accumulate or imitate.

Students learn to understand the skills necessary to unify and coordinate them.

These interactive sessions are ONLINE, so you can join from anywhere in the world via Zoom and are open to people from all backgrounds and experience levels, but are limited to 100 participants.
