Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan: Basic Exercises 1-10
Pre-requisites: No previous experience is required to attend. This workshop is open to all participants! All concepts and principles will be reviewed.

Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan has 15 Basic Exercises. These are divided into two sections: Basics 1-10 and Basics 11-15. In this workshop we will review Basics 1-10, looking at the grading criteria. If this is your first time, no problem – you will introduced the essential concepts, principles, and movements.

We will continue our exploration of the Five Qualities, Six Directions, and the Three Dimensions. We will take the coordinations experienced in the stationary exercises of Level 1, and practice maintaining them as we begin to step, kick and strike.
