I Liq Chuan School
The group started in October 2010. The trainings are led by Bartek Samitowski, assisted by Tomek "Gato" Gawronski. The class is currently around 20 people.
Every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM + additional outdoor & advanced students trainings.
We have additional trainings in spinning hands.
Warmups, meditation, qigong, body conditioning & theory are also natural parts of the training.
We organize additional topic-centered seminars every month.
