I Liq Chuan School
The group started in October 2010. The trainings are led by Bartek Samitowski, assisted by Tomek "Gato" Gawronski. The class is currently around 15 people.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM + additional outdoor & advanced students trainings.
The current programme is:
15 basic exercises, 21 form, spinning hands, sticky hands. Advanced students learn the Butterfly Form too.
We have additional trainings for advanced students and those who are interested in martial aspects.
Warmups, meditation, qigong, body conditioning & theory are also natural parts of the training.
