Intensive in Oz

Hi all,
We've decided to have our yearly visit as an intensive w/e :clapping:
So as you've all done this sort of thing before, we were wondering what sort of format has proven successful.
There is a lot of talk of circle and cross on here at the moment and I'm sure Sigong will talk about and show what he feels we need.
Just looking for some examples of previous formats to use as a template.

Several of us here in AZ have taken to sleeping over at the wrokshop location, so there's no break in mindset over the weekend.
