Thanks Gongfu, these are great. I particularily liked Master Sams butterfly bits, the 1-12 just shows the difference between being grounded and not and whiteboard diagram says it all! X marks the spot!

Sifu's butterfly form is like a flag in the wind. fluid and smooth yet snappy at the ends.
