yeah i did. the guys level
yeah i did. the guys level of body awareness is pretty amazing, but i found myself thinking two things;
first; what good is the time he's spent developing those skills. in other words, it's not like the type of auxillary benefits we get from training like ours.
two; imagine if he spent that kind of time training ILC!

Being able to run up walls like this guy would be pretty cool. Is that for real, or a video trick? Maybe he's wearing a pair of Nike geckos ...

Did you see the vid with his outtakes? It was interesting to see how many times he messed up practicing the tricks to get the clips where he looks cool executing the moves.
