Hi there just was trying to order the refinement of the 15 on mp4 and when you put in your info and try to review your order the page that comes up for me is just blank. I've tried several times to order and input my info but it keeps doing the same thing. I just wanted to let you guys know whats going on I hope you guys can fix it soon thanks:)
Thanks for upgrading the site I was finally able to purchase the download today but I'm confused because after I purchased the mp4 I did not know where to download the actual file that I purchased. If you could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. My invoice number is 70. Please help.

still working on a file download bug. it appears to be a result of the upgrade.
hmmm, just saw that there's double signatures being posted. will fix that too. this was a huge upgrade with many complex interactions. please be patient while i work through all issues. please post bugs here.

do not buy any downloadable products at this time. they're broken. this is a bug and we're working with the developers to fix. please be patient. all other products work fine. thanks!

the administrative menu has been installed. those with admin permissions will now see a slim black bar at the top of the page. enjoy!
I would like to see an overview of all the seminars planned for 2010 - but it doesn't seem possible on the 'Seminars' page.
How can I access a simple overview for all the ILC seminars in 2010?

the module we need to use to create the events/all listing is currently not compatible with the shopping cart module. 
a new version is due "any day now" and we should be able to rebuild it then. in the mean time you can go here
but you'll have to browse month by month...
There will be a seminar in Vienna on June 18th-20th 2010. So far there is no information about it in the calendar on the ilc homepage. Is it possible to empower us (instructors) to maintain the calendar? That would reduce the administrative workload for you guys on one side but it would ensure that the site will be up to date all the time on the other side.

give it a try Miro. I thought we'd already set it up but when I checked we hadn't. All the instructors now have permission to create events and edit their own events.
the direction we wanted to move was to have regional instructors being responsible for their own areas as much as possible, including maintaining the events listings for their region, as well as creating related events that would be viewable on a seperate claendar view.
in other words, if you wanted to hold a local workshop that would be conducted by yourself and not Sifu, or a local summer camp, etc. you would get a listing for those types of events, but that's still in the future.
this weekend i plan to convert from the old 'events' module to the 'date' module. please be patient as this is fairly involved. shortly after we should have the two event types and the rest discussed above in place.
the site will be offline when i actually perform the conversion. you probably won't even notice.

the conversion has made the official events listing empty for a bit. they will be back shortly.

regional events are now completed. see 'Regional events' at the bottom right of the website.
