light turn out for our first trip to the PWN, but it was great to see Bernie again and meet his girlfriend  Holly.  We spent quite a bit of time working on the Butterfly form and fa jin, as well as the three points of yin, yang and neutral. 

I learned a few things that i really think will improve my skill , especially my ability to fa jin.  And of course it was great to spend time with Sifu.

BIG, BIG thanks you to our hosts, Evgueni Semenov and his wife Elena, for opening up their home to us and providing us with such great food and conversation!

The venue for the workshop was great.  it was HUGE, and even more impressive has been operating in the same location for 40 years!

I got to meet some folks from the area that I've know for a few years via the net as well, so it was a great weekend for me!

Looking forward to making it back for another trip soon!
