Master Sam Chin saw us some kind of qigong on last workshop in Poland. I think about this exercises:

Because I want to put this set to my daily routines, I want to ask about main principles. What about breathing, strenght, relaxation, etc.? Where to put my attention? Could you help me, please?
Thanks Ashe for your hints
I will try to do this set like zhan zhuang qigong.
During this exercises I try to be relaxed as much as possible, and also I use some instructions that Miro from Wieden gave me last weekend (thank you, Miro).
We start our classes with these warm-up exercises every time. Just feel yourself and allow the breath to flow in and out.

it's tough to say. Sifu has never really gone into a lot of detail.
one thing that he's talked about is "condensing" down into the posture or or holding the postures for extended periods of time in order to "squezze (the qi) down into the bones".
