I did this a while ago and since Sigong's last visit I'm aware of many slight discrepancies. Ashe suggested I post it up here. I think that it is a good training tool to film yourself and let others see it. It seems to test your focus and if you are going for a grading then it is close to the head space that you'll find yourself in.
