Today we are just come back from deep forest near Lake Seliger and I cannot find the topic about Sigong. But if I repeating it is good too! Sorry

Summercamp is done! It was about 80 students! We are training and eating and swiming and selebrating and some times sleaping. A lot if speaking about Iliqchuan with drinking of tea. So there is PHOTO:
