First went on sale an audio CD, "Meditation in Iliqchuan", grandmaster Chin Fan Siong. Material is taken from the first practicum, held in Moscow in November 2011. Covers basics of meditation, and also provides instructions on how and what to practice in the beginning.

Well this is timely news, but unfortunately I can’t make it to Tucson. Maybe you can bring some to Australia Gongfu, we’re having a workshop in August this year!
We’ve been discussing the ILC mindfulness meditation component in our Tuesday and Saturday Fremantle classes with Steve Bobs.
I look forward to hearing the talk by Grandmaster Chin Fan Siong. From my personal practice and I am not an expert, I’ve always had the understanding, that given some of our roots go into Zen, we must by definition be talking about some sort of Anapanasati type meditation.
If you go to the ILC System Guide (pg4, 2nd ed) I see that a Mindfulness Meditation practice will cultivate the Three Mental Factors that will lead to Suchness Feel or pure awareness.
Normally this is done sitting so our challenge is to be able to do it on contact while we’re moving.

The CD should be available sometime next week as an .mp3 download from the products section. Sifu mentioned to me in London that was his plan, so provided he hasn't changed his mind he will probably give me a copy to convert to .mp3 this weekend and I will have it up by Thursday or Friday.

I have several other audio files that I've captured of Sifu during his lectures over the years. I found them extremely useful to really absorb the concepts and principles by listening to them over and over again.
Yes, it's a very good idea whenever there's no need for visual presentation. It's very handy to use not only at home but while one's travelling too. I'm looking forward to more voice recordings by Sifu!
