One Day Intensive - Going Deeper into the 15 Basic Exercises
This will be a one day intensive opportunity to review and train the 15 basic exercises. Part of the foundation of I Liq Chuan, the 15 basic exercises will help to develop the right mindfulness and the right body for anyone interested in pursuing I Liq Chuan whether for martial practice or for health.
We will review the goals of each exercise and have the opportunity to spend a good amount of time training - both the solo exercises themselves as well as 2 person drills to help illuminate each exercise. Prior experience is not necessary as there will be 3 certified I Liq Chuan instructors present to assist new students!
