FREE Intro to Tai Chi For Health, Meditation & Self Defense
This FREE Mini-Workshop is for those curious about traditional Tai
Chi training. Participants will get a good workout without damaging
their joints, overheating or becoming exhausted. Benefits of practice
can include sustained mental clarity, reduced stress, relaxation and
greatly increased energy.
INSTRUCTOR: Kelley Graham
Materials presented are for anyone. Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. You can train barefoot, but it's optional. Bring a water bottle to be sure you get plenty of water. Expect little or no sweating, but you will flush out toxins and lots of water is needed.
