re:

we spent a lot of time covering the importance of the "three points"; yin / yang and neutral, as well as aligning from the center of the feet to the center of the hips and the center of the shoulders.  as usual, it was all about awareness and being precise. Laughing

some of us were really busting up on monday!  it was a great time.

it seems like the intensive retreats keep getting better and better.

pictures should be coming soon.

the yearly intensives are

the yearly intensives are always a great experience. students from all over make it to the Sifu's house and get in three or four days of uninterrupted training.

so far I've met not only students from all over the US but Australia and Russia as well.

not sure if I'm gonna be able to make this years or not, but I'm sure gonna try!
