I Liq Chuan (literally translated as Mental-Physical Martial Art) is an internal art that has become known for its effectiveness as a martial art. The practice of I Liq Chuan develops the ability to react spontaneously to attacks, not relying upon pre-arranged

Master Sam FS Chin shows how to manifest convex energy to the point of contact during spinning and sticky hands. Being able to manifest the energy of "fullness" or "peng" is very important in martial arts for offense and defense.
Frank listens in while Sifu presents Zen and Tai Chi concepts and philosophy and how it applies to martial arts during the opening lecture at the Spring 2010 workshop here in Phoenix, Arizona.

Greg is currently in his third year of medical school in the osteopath program. Greg is quite a big guy (around 73" and 230lbs.) and is quite athletic, having played soccer at the collegiate level.
